Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies

There is no specific season, occasion, day or time that is right for baking cookies. EVERYDAY is a great day to bake & eat cookies. Especially these TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES!!

Now just as a disclaimer. These cookies are delicious and addictive. So, don't come back fussing at me when you've eaten an entire batch and can no longer fit into your jeans. LOL 

One of my favorite things about this particular recipe. Is that after 30 minutes of chilling. Your cookies are ready to hit the oven. There is no 24 hour wait period with this one. 

So, there you have it. Delicious and gooey chocolate chip cookies ready in less than 2 hours.





Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp espresso powder, optional
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 1/3 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Beat butter until light and fluffy, about 1-2 minutes. Add in brown sugar and white sugar and beat until combined. Add in egg, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and espresso powder. Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  3. Once combined, add in the chocolate chips and mix.
  4. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet.
  6. With a medium cookie scoop (about 2 Tbsp of dough per cookie), scoop the dough and spread evenly on the cookie sheets, about 2 inches apart.
  7. Top the cookies off with a few chocolate chunks.
  8. Bake for 14-15 minutes, or until the cookies are slightly golden brown.
  9. Enjoy and try to share.
